# Customer Service Representative

Location: Winter Haven, FL Salary: $50k - $58k Our client seeks a Customer Service Representative who will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering prompt and proactive service. What You'll Be Doing Serve as the primary contact for customer freight requests via phone and email. Enter and update load information and customer notes in the AS400 system. Monitor loads and provide timely pickup, in-transit, and delivery updates. Coordinate with load planners, driver managers, and tank wash locations to meet customer requirements. Proactively resolve service issues and escalate when appropriate. What you'll need: High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of customer service experience (transportation, 3PL, or food-grade tanker experience a plus) Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AS400 Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends What’s in it for you: Health Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
