Role Description The In-House Concierge is a full-time, on-site role located in Virginia Beach, VA. This role is responsible for welcoming and assisting Guests and Members, providing information on property amenities, local attractions, dining options, and transportation. Daily tasks include managing concierge desks, coordinating reservations for activities and services, and supporting front desk operations as needed. The In-House Concierge handles inquiries in person and by phone, ensures prompt and courteous service, and helps resolve guest concerns to enhance overall satisfaction. This role collaborates with resort teams to maintain a seamless guest experience and uphold Hilton Grand Vacations’ standards of hospitality. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Concierge Services skills, including assisting with local recommendations, coordinating activities, and supporting guest itineraries. Candidates should possess Reservations skills, including booking dining, transportation, tours, and on-property services with attention to accuracy and timing. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests and team members. Candidates should possess Receptionist Duties skills, such as greeting guests, managing inquiries, handling phone calls, and supporting front desk workflows. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including problem-solving, conflict resolution, and a guest-focused approach to delivering courteous, timely support. High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service experience in a hotel or resort environment is preferred. Ability to work on-site in Virginia Beach, VA, including weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed. Proficiency with basic computer systems and reservation or property management software is beneficial. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
