What You'll Be Doing Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites on schedule. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance. Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and plant personnel to coordinate deliveries. Monitor concrete quality and assist with proper unloading at delivery locations. Follow all safety, environmental, and transportation regulations while providing excellent customer service. What Are We Looking For Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and ability to operate commercial vehicles safely. Strong commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and defensive driving practices. Ability to inspect equipment, identify issues, and report maintenance needs promptly. Customer-focused mindset with effective communication and teamwork skills. Dependable, self-motivated individual able to manage time, adapt to changing schedules, and work in a fast-paced environment. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. What We Offer $22.32 to $26.20 per hour.
