Should have done full-fledged Design, coding, deployment and should have taken their solution to production ? Should be very versatile in terms of design and coding on Java, EJB, XSLT, XSL, DOM, XPath, JSF, XHTML, CSS, AJAX, XML, WSSO, Spring, Hibernate ? Should have excellent communication skills ? Should have experience in terms of building / converting J2EE applications to a SOA based solutions ?
