• Night Shift (6:00pm to 6:00am)   Overview US Conec is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Molding Technician to join our night shift team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you’ll support injection molding operations by setting up machines, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized production floor. You’ll work closely with the Shift Lead to execute daily tasks and contribute to a safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing environment.   Responsibilities Operate hydraulic lift and scissor lift table to move molds into injection molding machines Set molds into machines using specialized equipment and controlled procedures Follow Lock-Out Tag-Out protocols as applicable Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Molding Floor through sweeping, mopping, and regular machine wipe-downs Stock and organize molding cabinets and carts Assist with additional molding floor and machine duties as directed by the Shift Lead Must Haves High school education, or up to one month of related experience/training, or equivalent combination Strong aptitude for using hand and power tools and understanding machine operations Ability to follow written procedures and safety protocols Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Willingness to work collaboratively and take direction Ability to stand for long shifts, bend, reach, and regularly lift 50 pounds or more What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation with shift-based incentives Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans Paid time off and holidays to support work-life balance 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer match A collaborative, safety-focused culture Opportunities for cross-training and advancement Inclusive workplace with reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals   US Conec will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
