Technical Trainer

Technical Trainer Location: Tallahassee, FL Local Candidates Required? : Strongly Preferred (local candidates will be considered first) Duration: 12 month contract Interview Process: phone + F2F MUST HAVE: • 3+ years’ experience as a Technical Trainer skilled in training development and curriculum planning • Experience developing eLearning modules using development software/technologies such as: oAdobe Presenter oArticulate oStoryline oAdobe Captivate, etc • Knowledge of adult learning principles and theories and instructional design models • Working knowledge of at least one LMS • Experience developing storyboards • Experience with visual design software such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc • Experience writing effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts, and video scripts NICE TO HAVE: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or certification in instructional design, educational technology or similar subject area • Experience with SharePoint LMS Regards Avinash avi (at) scoutet (dot) com 609 303 2211 All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
