Product Specialist

We are looking for a Product Specialist to join a dynamic and global product organization. This role will be actively involved in managing physical product-related processes across Germany group operations, working closely with cross-functional teams and contributing to end-to-end product lifecycle activities. Key Responsibilities Participate in product-related projects and international meetings Gather business and technical requirements and manage related processes Coordinate with cross-functional teams Track and report project progress within small to mid-sized teams Support product lifecycle processes and contribute to multiple projects Ensure alignment between local and global stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering or a technical field) Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, project management, or similar roles Strong command of English (both written and spoken) Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow structured processes Comfortable working with international teams and stakeholders Technical curiosity and ability to quickly understand products
