Role Overview This isn't a technician job—it's all about sales. You'll meet with homeowners, identify their plumbing needs, and present solutions they can trust. Our expert install team takes care of the technical work, so you can focus on what you do best: closing deals and helping people. Key Responsibilities Engage with homeowners, uncover plumbing issues, and recommend the right solutions Deliver clear, transparent pricing while showcasing the value of our services Build strong customer relationships through follow-up and honest communication Drive revenue by hitting goals and tapping into new opportunities Stay on top of trends so you're always offering the best options Expand our reach through smart outreach and lead follow-up Requirements At least 2 years of experience in plumbing sales Skills & Qualifications Proven Sales Performance: You've sold $300k+ per year—and you're hungry for more Customer-Focused Mindset: You know how to listen, earn trust, and close without pressure Highly Motivated: You thrive in fast-paced, commission-based environments Benefits Competitive compensation with high earning potential Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off to recharge and rest Be part of a growing, forward-thinking company that's raising the bar in home services
