International Management Executive

What is the Summary of This Position? In this role, you will work closely with senior management on strategic and operational projects, drive cross-functional initiatives, identify business opportunities, and develop the capabilities needed to take on future leadership responsibilities. What You’ll Be Doing? Work directly with senior management on strategic and operational projects, Rotate across different functions to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business, Analyze business performance, identify opportunities and support management decision-making, Take ownership of selected projects and drive them from concept to implementation, Participate in negotiations, customer/supplier meetings and cross-functional initiatives, Gradually assume increasing levels of responsibility and leadership. Which Profile Are We Looking For? 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, consulting, engineering or a similar industry, Preferably a degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or a related field, Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills, High intellectual curiosity and ability to understand complex business issues, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Entrepreneurial mindset, high energy and strong desire to learn, Strong ownership, accountability and ability to work independently, Comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding environment, Fluent in English, Russian is a nice-to-have, but not a requirement, Willingness to work across different functions and locations when required.
