Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients. Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients requiring rehabilitation. Perform manual therapy and therapeutic exercises. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support comprehensive patient care. Evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Develop appropriate care plans based on each patient's needs and goals. Requirements Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Experience in inpatient and/or outpatient rehabilitation settings. Strong knowledge of treatment planning and therapeutic interventions. Ability to develop and implement care plans for patients of various ages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in acute care or discharge planning.
