Position : Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant Position type : Fulltime/Perm Location : City / Township / Village : ANY CITY Travel Required: Up to 75% or 4 days a week (home on weekends • based on project requirements) Required Education : Bachelors Degree Required Technical and Professional Experience At least 2 years experience in IT / Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation At least 2 years experience in business processes including analysis and requirements gathering At least 2 years experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) / Human Resources At least 2 years experience in deploying HCM SaaS software solutions (i.e., Workday, SuccessFactors, etc) Certified in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and in Compensation or Benefits Anticipating certification in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and in Compensation or Benefits within 30 days • In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to interact directly with clients. As such, travel to client sites may be required, up to 4 days per week.
