As a senior team member, you will oversee key accounting functions, ensuring precision and compliance. Your expertise will contribute to accurate financial reporting and process streamlining. Job Duties Prepare and post journal entries for various accounts Reconcile balance sheet accounts, resolving discrepancies efficiently Lead month-end closing activities including accruals Collaborate on process improvements to boost productivity Respond to internal and external audit inquiries Assist with special projects and miscellaneous accounting tasks Job Requirements 5+ years in accounting or auditing roles Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; CPA preferred Proficiency in MS Excel with advanced skills Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle EBS and reconciliation tools like Blackline Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced setting Preferences CPA designation or eligibility advantageous Prior exposure to accounting software and reconciliation tools Company Benefits Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, disability coverage, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and more
