# Category Specialist

As the leading and dynamic company in the retail industry, Saat & Saat is looking for a Category Specialist to join its Jewelry team. In this role, you will support the end-to-end management of the category through product planning, sales analysis, vendor coordination, and category development while working closely with international brand partners and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Support the end-to-end management of the jewelry category, including product assortment, portfolio, and lifecycle management Assist in building and managing seasonal product assortments in collaboration with international brand partners and group companies Manage daily communication with international brand partners, distributors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination Support buying, assortment planning, sales forecasting, and replenishment activities Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and key business KPIs; prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations Maintain product master data and ensure accuracy across internal systems Work closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Retail Operations, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful product launches and category execution Conduct market, competitor, and consumer trend analysis to identify growth opportunities. Support budget tracking and category performance monitoring Collaborate with Demand Planning and Supply Chain teams to improve forecast accuracy and inventory efficiency Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in Category Management, Merchandising, Buying, Product Management, or Brand Management Experience in retail, fashion, accessories, jewelry, watches, or lifestyle brands is preferred. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into actions Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, formulas, reporting, and data analysis) are required Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken) Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment No restriction for travel
