# Dental Hygienist

Northshore Home Health Care

Role Overview: The Dental Hygienist provides exceptional patient care, supports the clinical team, and advocates for patient health in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Include Delivering comprehensive dental hygiene services with full clinical autonomy Participating in mentorship programs and ongoing education to enhance skills Maintaining patient records, screening, and ensuring optimal dental health Supporting community engagement and promoting preventive care Qualifications & Skills Current dental hygienist license in NE and relevant degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s) Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation CPR certification required Experience with digital tools such as digital x-rays, scanners, and electronic records is preferred Strong communication, teamwork, and a desire for continuous learning Key Duties & Benefits Providing high-quality patient care in a supportive environment with mentorship Access to competitive benefits, daily pay options, and ongoing education Part of a collaborative team supported by extensive resources and business support Ability to perform essential physical duties, including lifting up to 45 pounds, sitting, and standing for extended periods Additional Notes: The role emphasizes community involvement, professional growth, and working within a stable, supportive organization committed to diversity and inclusion.
