• Coordinate with Site Owner to Verify IWAN Route installation date and time before the activity.
• Document Potential discrepancies between schedules and probable completion dates for each stage.
• Document changes in schedule.
• Recommend necessary or desirable changes.
• Promptly Notify all stack holder of pending changes.
• Update IT Checkout for site completion and system checkout.
• Coordinate with Site Owner to verify the device replacement activity prior the Cutover activity and after completion of the activity.
