General Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Econometrics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Engineering. Preferably, experience in Finance within the automotive industry. Good command of written and spoken English. Knowledge of and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FI and TRM modules. Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications. Experience in financial planning, cash flow management, credit management, banking transactions, and financial reporting processes. Strong knowledge of legal regulations related to financial processes and ability to closely monitor relevant regulatory changes. Strong planning, organizational, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Results-oriented mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and a continuous improvement mindset. Job Description To prepare short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow plans and ensure the execution, control, and reporting of related financial transactions. Closely monitor and analyze national and international economic developments, financial markets, and macroeconomic indicators; contribute to the development of financial strategies and long-term planning in line with company objectives. To manage cash flow planning and execute financial transactions in line with approved plans, ensuring regular reporting of related financial processes. Managing relationships and ensuring effective coordination with banks and other global financial institutions. To manage payment and collection operations in coordination with relevant departments. Monitor customer and vendor account clearing and reconciliation processes. To monitor and control principal and interest payments on loans. Define the duties and responsibilities of team members, plan work priorities, and manage workload allocation effectively.
