Position Type: High School Teaching/Spanish PRIMARY PURPOSE: Provides students with appropriate learning activities and experiences designed to fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth; enables students to develop competencies and skills to function successfully in society QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Certification: Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree Teacher Certification with required endorsement for the subject/level assigned Special Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of subjects assigned General knowledge of curriculum and instruction Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Willingness to execute a written employment contract with the Denton ISD
