Next Gen Content Strategy Director

Reports to: Central Next Gen Director    Location: Central • Manheim PA Hours Commitment: Full time • 40-45 hours per week    Objective: Provide strategic leadership, vision, and oversight for the development of Next Gen content experiences across kidMinistry and Student Ministry. This role exists to create engaging, culturally relevant, developmentally appropriate, and mission-aligned content strategies that equip campuses to lead students and kids toward becoming fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.
