General Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or a related field Minimum 6 years of experience in financial analysis, feasibility studies, budgeting, profitability analysis, and business development Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and reporting skills Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, at an advanced level Competency in research, data analysis, and results-oriented working practices Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments Job Description: Supporting the execution of feasibility studies for new projects that are planned and/or under development. Collaborating with relevant departments on initiatives aimed at improving the profitability of existing operations. Supporting profitability analyses of existing branches, preparing concept efficiency analyses, and contributing to the reporting of results to management. Supporting the preparation and execution of tender processes within the scope of new projects and operational requirements. Contributing to initiatives that support sustainable and healthy growth strategies. Assisting in the identification of the strategic needs of concepts through profit and loss analyses, competitor research, and the evaluation of suitable concept alternatives. Supporting activities aimed at assessing the contribution of proposed concepts to brand value during concept development processes. Conducting consultancy firm research when required during concept development stages and supporting collaboration with selected consulting firms. Analyzing operational investments and supporting the preparation and presentation of reports to senior management to facilitate sound investment decisions. Contributing to meetings, research, and evaluation activities related to franchise acquisition and franchising opportunities, and supporting the reporting of findings and recommendations to senior management.
