CFS & Warehouse Sales Specialist

Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, International Trade, Economics, Econometrics, or related disciplines • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the logistics sector, preferably with proven expertise in Warehousing / bonded warehouse sales, LCL / consolidated Cargo services, CFS operations • Solid knowledge of warehousing services, cargo handling processes, CFS operations and pricing models • Good understanding of foreign trade, import/export processes, customs regulations, and bonded warehouse practices • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English • Advanced user of MS Office applications; knowledge of Power BI is an asset • Strong analytical thinking, pricing, and profitability analysis skills • Excellent communication, negotiation, planning, time management, and follow-up capabilities • Strong organizational and reporting skills, with a high sense of ownership and responsibility • Completion of military service for male candidates Roles and Responsibilities • Conduct and develop sales activities for CFS, warehouse, and storage services and report on performance results • Manage and strengthen commercial relationships with existing and potential customers (freight forwarders, importers, exporters, BCOs, etc.) • Perform solution-oriented sales for warehousing, LCL / consolidated cargo and CFS services Arrange customer meetings and site visits; collect customer feedback and share insights with relevant internal teams • Prepare and follow up on pricing offers, commercial terms, and contracts in line with customer requirements • Ensure the achievement of volume, occupancy, revenue, and budget targets related to CFS and warehouse services • Monitor and analyze market performance, competitor pricing, capacity, investments, and commercial strategies • Support CRM activities with the aim of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty • Contribute to marketing and promotional activities such as fairs, customer events, and business development initiatives
