What You’ll Do: Daily maintenance of journal entries related to payroll, expenses, accruals, and other routine transactions, including processing and review of accounts payable invoices. Provide client service across a range of matters, including transaction recording and analysis, reconciliations, and preparation of financial workpaper packages. Prepare and/or review cash reporting and execute payments via wire and check. Maintain accurate client and investor wiring instructions across multiple entities. Prepare monthly or quarterly client financial reports, including bank account reconciliations. Assist in the coordination of annual tax packages. Prepare and oversee semi-monthly payrolls using third-party vendors. Prepare and review quarterly accounts receivable invoices. Additional responsibilities may arise based on business need. What We’re Looking For: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field of study. 0-2 years of experience, Internships included Strong knowledge of industry and accounting principles, US GAAP Expertise.
