# Mammography Technologist - Full-Time

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC.

Role: Mammography Technologist I responsible for providing high-quality mammography services in accordance with physician orders, safety standards, and regulations. Responsibilities Include Performing diagnostic mammography imaging, positioning patients, developing films, and evaluating image quality. Preparing and maintaining diagnostic equipment and mammography rooms. Ensuring patient safety through radiation safety measures and proper identification procedures. Providing patient education, addressing concerns, and facilitating cooperation to improve patient experience. Accurately inputting patient data into computer systems and maintaining confidentiality. Responding to contrast reactions, performing first aid if necessary, and adhering to safety and regulatory standards. Collaborating with team members, participating in quality assurance, and following hospital policies. Qualifications And Skills High School Diploma or GED required. Certified Radiologic Technologist (Washington) and BLS certification at hire. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. State certification as Mammography Technologist and ARRT-M registration preferred; experience in mammography is a plus. Key Duties: Performing diagnostic mammography, ensuring safety and quality, patient education, and compliance with regulations. The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and effective teamwork.
