This is an in-office role and a great opportunity for someone with a background in customer service, healthcare, office administration, call centers, or other client-facing roles who enjoys helping people and keeping information organized as well as candidates looking to get into the field of law. You’ll be one of the first points of contact for potential and current clients, helping answer questions, gather information, document conversations, and make sure each person receives responsive and professional service. No prior legal experience is required — training on legal processes and internal systems will be provided. What You’ll Do Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional customer service Speak with potential clients to gather initial information and understand their needs Communicate with current clients by phone and email Maintain detailed notes, call logs, and client information Prepare and send letters, emails, and other correspondence Manage multiple client files and follow-up tasks at the same time Work closely with attorneys and other team members to keep information organized and moving forward Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion Complete administrative and client service tasks independently What We’re Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable spending a significant amount of time on the phone Friendly, professional, and patient when working with clients Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple items at once Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Ability and willingness to learn new software and processes Dependable, positive, and comfortable working as part of a team Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, professional services, administrative support, or a legal environment is helpful but not required Why This Could Be a Great Fit If you enjoy talking with people, gathering information, staying organized, and helping customers navigate situations that may be unfamiliar or stressful, this could be an excellent next step. You do not need a legal background to be successful — the team will provide the training you need. Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:15 PM Pay: Starting at $22-23/hour Salary Disclaimer The salary range for this role reflects the minimum and maximum compensation for the role.
