Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting. Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, provide direct nursing interventions including treatments and medications, and evaluate patient responses. Collaborate proactively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in evidence-based practice decisions. Engage in quality and safety initiatives to improve patient outcomes and uphold organizational standards. Ensure compassionate interactions, promote safety, and enhance patient and family satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing, with the ability to perform assessments, coordinate care, and deliver direct patient care. Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and clinical judgment skills are essential. Must be accountable for meeting unit and organization metrics and committed to ongoing learning and quality improvement. Additional Details: Work involves shifts from 7a-7:30p, with responsibilities including every other weekend and holiday work. The unit features private and semi-private rooms, serves patients with diverse acute and chronic conditions, and specializes in surgical orthopedics and total joint care. The environment emphasizes high reliability, collaboration, and community focus. Qualifications: Must have completed a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
