Job details mentioned below- Position: Maintenance Location: Las Vegas, NV Shift: 1st Shift Maintain the physical assets of the properties under the direction of the Facilities Manager and Real Estate Departments
• Skilled in using power tools
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently.
• Must have basic tools (hammer, screw drivers, cutters, etc.)
• Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices.
• Perform a wide variety of general building maintenance repairs and services. Including but not limited to basic electrical repairs, plumbing, and HVAC equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that equipment continues to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate.  Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary.
• Perform a wide variety of general building maintenance repairs and services.
• Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned.
• Must have basic knowledge of electricity.
• Install light bulbs, repair and relocate light fixtures, outlets and other minor electrical as necessary
• Maintain cabinets, FRP paneling, minor furniture repair, Formica, carpet squares, and bulletin boards.
• Paint interior and exterior walls and cabinets; hang wallpaper and pictures;
• Replace washers, faucets and seals on malfunctioning plumbing fixtures, repair leaky faucets and clean clogged drains; install and repair sprinklers.
• Responsible for alerting the Facilities Manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur.
• Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, City, State and Federal guidelines.
• Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.
• Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled. Mandatory: All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
