Operations Executive – Entry Level | Cachet Cachet is looking for a motivated and highly organized Operations Executiv e to join our growing international team. This is an entry-level position, ideal for a recent graduate or an early-career professional who would like to build a career in international operations, logistics and client management within the luxury hospitality textiles industry. More importantly, we see this position as the first step in a long-term international commercial career at Cachet. As the successful candidate develops a strong understanding of our products, clients, suppliers and operations, there will be opportunities to progress through the organization into increasingly client-facing and commercial roles. Over time, this career path can evolve into international sales and business development , including direct responsibility for global accounts, participation in client meetings and industry events, and international travel across the markets in which Cachet operates. We believe that understanding how the business works from the operational level upwards creates the strongest foundation for becoming a successful international commercial professional. Working closely with our Operations and Management teams, the successful candidate will gain hands-on experience across the full operational cycle of our international business from product and order management through to logistics, suppliers and global client coordination. Key Responsibilities • Managing product, order and related data entries within company systems • Supporting day-to-day logistics operations, including international shipments, documentation and delivery coordination • Coordinating with international clients regarding orders, production, shipments and operational requirements • Communicating and coordinating with suppliers and production partners across different countries • Following production, shipment and delivery timelines to ensure smooth execution of orders • Maintaining accurate operational records and documentation • Working closely with internal teams to ensure projects and client requirements are delivered efficiently and on time Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is organized, responsible, detail-oriented and eager to learn. The ideal candidate should have: • A university degree • Strong written and spoken English • Good communication and organizational skills • Confidence working with Excel and digital systems • Attention to detail and a strong sense of follow-up • Ability to communicate professionally with international clients and suppliers • A proactive and solution-oriented approach • An interest in international trade, logistics, hospitality or textile operations Previous professional experience is not essential. We are primarily looking for the right attitude, intellectual curiosity, strong communication skills and someone with the ambition to learn, take on increasing responsibility and grow within the organization. About Cachet Cachet is an international hospitality textiles and bespoke product specialist working with leading luxury hotels, resorts and cruise operators around the world. With international production capabilities, and warehousing and distribution operations, we manage complex hospitality textile programs from product development and production through to global delivery and ongoing replenishment.
