This full-time role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing services, supervising LPNs and staff, and collaborating with families to ensure optimal outcomes. Prioritize care needs and deliver safe, quality nursing services. Implement physician’s orders and communicate changes in patient conditions. Maintain detailed documentation of care provided. Support and mentor LPNs and staff, fostering teamwork. Partner with families and the care team to promote positive outcomes. 🎓 Qualifications And Skills Active PA RN License (required). Current Healthcare Provider CPR Certification (can be obtained during orientation).
