Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Houston, TX. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, and presenting construction services in a clear and persuasive manner. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings, preparing and delivering proposals and estimates, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools. The role involves collaborating with project managers and operations teams to align client expectations with project capabilities and timelines. The Salesperson is also expected to monitor market trends, participate in local networking events, and contribute to sales forecasts and performance reports. Qualifications Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, including strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in construction or related industries. Strong negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills with the ability to explain technical or project details in accessible terms. Proficiency with basic office software and CRM systems, and ability to maintain organized, accurate sales documentation. Solid understanding of local market dynamics in Houston, TX, and willingness to engage in on-site client visits and networking. Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets. High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial. Prior experience in construction, real estate, or related sectors, and knowledge of basic construction processes is an advantage.
