Must provide white glove experience while performing the required skills needed to ensure a long-lasting client relationship Participate in the Implementation of onboarding program Documentation of network, hardware, applications, Azure, O365 Assessing client environment which consist of old hardware, security risk and areas of improvement. Deploy and monitor Security Tools Exceptional communications with all parties 3+ years IT experience Experience with all current Windows operating systems Understanding Active Directory/Group Policy O365 administration knowledge Firewall assessment and troubleshooting Meraki SonicWALL Cisco Fortinet Understanding of routers, switches and VLAN.
