Project Controls Chief

We are looking for a Project Controls Chief in Çalık Enerji Headquarters located in Istanbul. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. • Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience. • Experience in large-scale Energy, Industrial Plant, or EPC projects. • Proven expertise in project planning, scheduling, cost control, progress monitoring, and reporting. • Knowledge of change management and risk management methodologies. • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and strong command of MS Office applications. • Familiarity with SAP and Power BI, supported by good written and spoken English skills. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational capabilities, with willingness to travel as required. Responsibilities • Establish and maintain project control frameworks for newly awarded projects in accordance with corporate standards. • Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and control activities to ensure compliance and performance. • Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to achieve project objectives. • Review, validate, and ensure the timely delivery of accurate and consistent project reports. • Coordinate executive summaries, management dashboards, Board presentations, and strategic reporting activities. • Ensure proper project close-out reporting and facilitate the transfer of lessons learned into organizational knowledge systems. • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of project control procedures, standards, and best practices. • Drive effective use and enhancement of SAP, Primavera P6, Power BI, and reporting systems while supporting digitalization, process improvement, and data governance initiatives.
