FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST of NAVHLTHRSCHCEN SDIEGO. You will analyze financial and program data to evaluate costs, benefits, risks, and alternative methods for managing organizational programs and administrative operations. You will resolve complex issues arising from conflicting program and financial data. You will prepare analytical justifications and interpret complex budge policies. You will apply accounting, internal, and financial reporting principles to ensure accuracy. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with fiscal law, policies, regulations, and procedures to financial management. Experience utilizing integrated federal financial management systems and subsystems to extract data and resolve system problems. Experience managing, allocating, and monitoring financial resources in compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, with sufficient transparency and appropriate internal controls. Experience preparing, reviewing, and reconciling financial statements and reports to meet reporting requirements.
