# Graphic Designer

Graphic Designer — Motion & Digital Position Summary HSAD USA is seeking a Graphic Designer with Motion Graphics capabilities to join the Content Experience Group. This role is ideal for a designer who combines strong visual design fundamentals with an interest and ability in motion, digital content, and emerging creative tools. Working within a collaborative creative team, this position will help develop and adapt visual content across brand, digital, social, e-commerce, retail, and advertising channels . The ideal candidate is highly visual, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable taking creative direction while also bringing ideas and solutions to the work. Key Responsibilities Develop compelling graphic design and visual content across digital, social, e-commerce, retail, and advertising channels. Create and adapt campaign assets, social content, presentations, digital banners, promotional materials, and other branded communications. Develop motion graphics, animation, transitions, and short-form video content for digital and social platforms. Translate creative concepts and brand guidelines into engaging visual executions across multiple formats and platforms. Resize, version, and optimize creative assets for different channels, placements, and specifications. Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, UX/UI Designers, Strategists, and Content Producers. Participate in concept development and contribute visual ideas during creative development. Maintain consistency with brand standards while finding opportunities to elevate the visual expression of the work. Stay current with emerging design, motion, AI, and digital production tools and identify ways they can improve creative output and efficiency. Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of craft and attention to detail. Qualifications 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience , preferably in an agency, brand, or fast-paced creative environment. Strong foundation in typography, layout, composition, color, visual hierarchy, and branding. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud , particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Working knowledge of After Effects and/or other motion design tools. Ability to create simple-to-intermediate animations, motion graphics, transitions, and video edits. Experience designing for social, digital, e-commerce, and/or retail environments is preferred. Experience with Figma is a plus, particularly for digital and UX/UI collaboration. Familiarity with AI-powered creative and production tools is a plus. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable working collaboratively and taking feedback in a fast-paced environment. A strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and motion capabilities . Preferred Experience Experience with consumer products, home appliances, electronics, accessories, home, lifestyle, or retail brands is a plus. What We're Looking For We’re looking for a designer who is curious, collaborative, and hands-on —someone who can move comfortably between a static design, a social animation, a digital campaign, and a quick-turn content request. The right candidate has strong design instincts, a willingness to learn, and the ability to bring ideas to life across an increasingly dynamic content landscape.
