About The Role You will build internal AI operations tooling that helps operational teams work more effectively. You will create agents, workflows, and custom tools; evaluate third-party products; support self-service deployment; implement internal APIs, authentication, and MCP patterns; integrate customer-experience systems; and work with operations stakeholders to identify new challenges.
