# CMM Programmer

New England Airfoil Products Inc.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CMM Engineer to join our Metrology team. About the Role Reporting to the Lead CMM Engineer, this role will contribute to ensuring measurement accuracy, process compliance, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. Responsibilities Develop and maintain CMM programs under the guidance of the Lead CMM Engineer. Support compliance with production control and quality procedures. Assist in the management, maintenance, and calibration of metrology equipment. Participate in correlation and validation activities. Analyze CMM results and provide feedback to production and quality teams. Support troubleshooting and optimization of CMM equipment. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the metrology function. Preferred Skills Experience with PC-DMIS, Calypso, GOM, or Modus CMM software. Familiarity with VB, BASIC, or Python programming. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
