Cost Controlling Specialist

General Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred A process improvement mindset with experience in standardization and automation initiatives Preferably experienced in the F&B, retail, or multi-site operations sectors Experience with reporting and analysis using Power BI or similar Business Intelligence (BI) tools is preferred Hands-on experience working with ERP, inventory management, or POS systems Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations Detail-oriented while maintaining a holistic and strategic perspective Knowledge of accounting principles and chart of accounts structures (COA) is preferred Job Description: Preparing, reporting, and monitoring monthly and periodic cost analyses. Analyzing the relationship between sales, costs, and profitability and regularly reporting to management. Preparing budget, actual, and variance analyses and evaluating the results. Monitoring costs based on stock, waste, loss, portion, and recipe. Controlling purchase prices and analyzing the impact of price changes on costs. Analyzing and reporting price increases within a cause-and-effect framework. Tracking and reporting the impact of inflation on the cost structure. Preparing surveys, data sets, and reports requested by official institutions, group companies, and senior management accurately and on time. Working in coordination with operational units to identify and propose cost improvement and savings opportunities. Preparing Excel-based analyses and dashboards to support management decisions. Conducting branch visits and audits and reporting identified findings. Consolidating, analyzing, and interpreting data sets obtained from operations and reporting the results. Standardizing, documenting, and continuously improving cost control processes. Creating, tracking, and entering KPI data into relevant systems. Planning, monitoring, and evaluating inventory counting processes. Responding to audit and internal control requests accurately and on time. Performing P&L analysis and controls. Supporting budget preparation activities.
