# Registered Nurse - Neuro Care Unit - Full-Time

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Neuro Progressive Care Unit (PCU) role. Key Responsibilities Include Providing direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with nursing standards. Promoting patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Participating in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Developing and documenting individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific factors. Working in a safety-sensitive environment with a focus on alertness and safety. Qualifications And Skills Include Minimum education: Nursing Diploma or Associates in Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred. Licensure: Valid RN license.
