# Sales Coordinator

Sales Coordinator — Quotes, Coordination & Project Execution North Plains, OR | Full-Time | In-House | 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. PT Speedrack West is looking for a highly organized Sales Coordinator to keep complex warehouse-storage projects moving from quote to delivery. We sell, fabricate, and install pallet rack, cantilever rack, shelving, safety products, and complete warehouse storage systems. Our customers count on us to be Fast, Easy, Right and this role is central to making that happen. You’ll work closely with Account Executives, customers, Sales Engineering, and Operations. Your job is to ensure quotes are accurate, follow-up doesn't slip, records stay clean, and post-sale details are handled before they become problems. What You’ll Do Build and revise quotes for standard, mid-complexity, and approved complex projects. Gather and organize project details so quotes are complete and ready to move. Keep deals, tasks, customer activity, and next steps current in HubSpot. Maintain quote and order documentation in Exact Online. Coordinate post-sale tasks for fulfillment, delivery, installation, and customer requirements. Communicate with customers when assigned, while keeping the AE or Strategic Account Closer informed. Spot missing information, scheduling risks, and handoff issues early then get the right people involved. Complete on-site visit requests when needed Travel: Up to 10%, primarily local customer, jobsite, or operational coordination visits as needed. What Success Looks Like Standard quote requests are returned to the AE quickly and accurately. Every assigned request has a clear owner, due date, status, and next step. Deals and customer records are complete, current, and useful to the full team. Customers do not have to chase us for updates. Problems are flagged early, not discovered late. What You Bring 2+ years in sales support, quoting, estimating, order management, or project coordination. Strong written communication and confidence speaking with customers and internal teams. Excellent attention to detail and follow-through. Comfort with spreadsheets, CRM systems, quoting tools, and task-management software. Experience with HubSpot, Exact Online, ClickUp, or similar tools is a plus. Experience in material handling, warehouse equipment, industrial distribution, construction supply, or B2B project sales is preferred. A calm, organized approach when priorities shift.
