# ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

(Pay is $22-$25 an hour depending on experience) Job Overview– How You’ll Contribute: Do you have an Accounting degree you would like to put to use? The H+H Group is growing! We have an immediate opening for an Accounting Specialist on our Central Support Accounting Team. Here at H+H you'll be at the forefront of innovation, harnessing the latest technology to automate tedious tasks allowing for more time to solve complex problems. ($22-$25 an hour) Help maintain a business record of financial transactions carried out by the company. Prepare relevant accounting reports of financial activities of the company as assigned. Ensure all transactions are properly recorded as per established guidelines. Follow all procedures relating to internal accounting in order to maintain the company’s financial security. Review, research, reconcile, and assure the accuracy of schedules, ledgers, and accounts. Qualifications – What You Need to be Successful: Associates Degree or higher in Accounting or Business with an emphasis in Accounting. Strong work ethic with an emphasis on integrity, time management, accountability, efficiency, teamwork, and thoroughness. The ability to analyze and perform complex calculations. Strong Customer Experience and people skills. Be knowledgeable of basic accounting and reconciling processes. Be detailed oriented, organized, and self-motivated. The ability to effectively communicate with internal and external Customers, in person, over the phone, and via fax or email. The ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. The ability to meet deadlines. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Hours : Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM or 8:00AM-5:00PM depending on lunch.
