About The Role The Digital Marketing Specialist executes multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified traffic, engagement, and pipeline for a technology business. The role manages programs across paid search, paid social, SEO, email, landing pages, and marketing automation. Based remotely in Miami, FL, the role partners with content, product marketing, sales, and design to turn messaging into measurable campaigns. Success depends on strong execution, clean data, and continuous optimization across the digital funnel. Key Responsibilities Execute paid search and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other relevant platforms Build and optimize landing pages, email campaigns, forms, and automated workflows in HubSpot, Marketo, or similar marketing automation platforms Manage SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical recommendations, and performance reporting in Google Search Console and GA4 Create campaign briefs, content calendars, and performance updates in partnership with writers, designers, and product marketing Monitor channel performance and report on traffic, conversion rate, cost per lead, pipeline contribution, and return on ad spend Run A/B tests on creative, messaging, audiences, email subject lines, and landing-page experiences Maintain campaign tracking, UTM standards, lead-routing logic, and dashboard accuracy across marketing and CRM systems What We Are Looking For 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or a related role Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, Google Search Console, and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo Working knowledge of SEO, paid media, email marketing, conversion-rate optimization, and campaign attribution Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret channel data and turn findings into specific optimization actions Excellent written communication and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Bonus: Experience with Salesforce, Looker Studio, Ahrefs or Semrush, CMS platforms, basic HTML/CSS, and B2B technology marketing
