Comfort of working at one of the biggest banks of the World that is supporting your happiness and growth If you are ready to be a part of this atmosphere, you’ll be responsible of; Design and implement marketing plans aimed at customer acquisition, retention, and increasing customer lifetime value in line with segment strategies. Plan and manage integrated campaigns across digital channels such as mobile app, internet branch, CRM, email, push notifications, SMS, performance marketing, and social media, as well as traditional communication media. Analyze customer data to identify high-potential target audiences and transform the insights gained into effective marketing and communication strategies. Closely monitor campaign performance regarding acquisition, conversion, retention, return on investment (ROI), and profitability to ensure continuous improvement. Monitor the targets, volumes, market share, and financial performance of the segments and products under your responsibility, providing insights and action recommendations to management. Contribute to business development efforts by taking an active role in projects that improve customer experience and optimize processes. Work in close collaboration with sales, digital banking, analytics, product management, and technology teams to contribute to delivering a consistent and seamless experience to customers across all touchpoints. Min 3 years of banking or similar experience, Some experience in marketing, segment management, product management, or business development. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Analytical thinker with a natural curiosity and problem-solving mindset. Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to follow through on tasks.
