Follow the company on LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram.   About the Position   We're looking for a strategic analytics leader to own revenue metrics across the customer lifecycle—from acquisition through retention. This role is perfect for someone who loves understanding the complete customer journey, optimizing unit economics, and empowering teams with data-driven insights that directly impact company growth.  You'll report to our VP of Consumer Revenue and partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams. You’ll have insights to lead cross-functional analytics that drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. This leader will own marketing analytics alongside sales funnel insights and customer lifetime value metrics. You'll translate complex data into actionable insights that directly impact our revenue and unit economics. You'll blend marketing analytics rigor with sales funnel insights and customer lifetime value optimization.  What You'll Do   Analyze the Complete Revenue Picture  Track customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV) by channel  Understand which marketing channels drive the highest-quality leads and best ROI  Analyze sales funnel metrics and identify conversion bottlenecks  Identify retention drivers and churn patterns to improve LTV  Build Revenue Analytics Infrastructure  Own marketing analytics, sales funnel reporting, and customer retention dashboards  Manage the marketing tech stack and integrations (Braze, Salesforce, tracking)  Establish consistent revenue metrics across all functions  Create executive reporting that enables fast, confident decisions  Drive Revenue Insights & Optimization  Identify 5+ analytics-driven initiatives to improve unit economics  Calculate payback periods and ROI by channel  Recommend pricing, positioning, and retention strategies informed by data  Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success on data-driven initiatives  Lead a High-Performing Analytics Team  Hire and develop 3–5 analytics professionals  Create career development paths and establish best practices  Align analytics across revenue functions  Who You Are   You have 7–10+ years of analytics experience, with proven expertise in both marketing analytics and revenue metrics (CAC, LTV, retention). You're comfortable diving deep into data while keeping business impact front and center. You thrive in cross-functional environments and love translating data into decisions.  Key Skills & Experience:  Strong SQL and data visualization (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI)  Deep knowledge of marketing funnel, attribution, and channel analytics  Expertise in SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, cohort retention, churn, payback period)  Hands-on experience with marketing technology (Braze, Salesforce, Google Tag Manager)  Familiarity with sales funnel and CRM analytics  Ability to analyze complex customer journeys across channels and touchpoints  Proven ability to partner with non-technical stakeholders and drive adoption  Leadership experience managing analytics teams  Nice to Have:  SaaS or subscription business background  Experience with customer segmentation and cohort analysis  Predictive analytics or forecasting experience  Growth marketing or experimentation knowledge  Data warehouse experience (Snowflake, Redshift, etc.)  What Success Looks Like  In your first year, you'll establish trusted revenue dashboards that marketing, sales, and customer success teams rely on daily. You'll identify and help implement 5+ initiatives that improve unit economics—whether through better channel targeting, faster sales cycles, or improved retention. You'll reduce manual reporting time by 50%, freeing up your team to focus on analysis and insight.
