We are looking for Recruiters to attract candidates to interview and hire great employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, networking, job boards, social media networks and employee referrals. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $64,000K-$82,200K . Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and business needs Responsibilities Source and recruit candidates by using job boards, networking, social media, etc. Screen candidates resumes and job applications and conducts interviews Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes Onboard new employees to become fully integrated Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Experience 5+ years of experience recruiting in high volume environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills. good negotiation skills, and ability to sell. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews Strong Microsoft Office products and ability to do spreadsheet data Experience using Workday a plus!
