In this role, you support customers across multiple channels by managing orders, responding to inquiries, and facilitating smooth communication between internal teams and external partners. You help maintain accurate product and order information, coordinate with production and shipping teams, and ensure customers receive timely, high-quality service. Responsibilities Responds to customer inquiries and provides product and order information. Receives and processes customer orders, including webstore orders. Generates work orders and packing slips and delivers them to production. Coordinates with production and shipping teams to support order status and follow-up. Maintains logs of incoming orders and reports totals to designated personnel. Processes dealer applications to establish ordering and payment terms. Monitors and maintains marketing policies, price lists, and product updates related to purchasing and payment terms. Collaborates with accounting to determine order release status. Participates in mailings, initial contact packages, catalogs, press releases, and related correspondence. Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1 or more years of customer service experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Ability to read, sort, check, count, and verify numbers, and perform basic arithmetic. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word. Knowledge of Adobe and SharePoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Physical Requirements Ability to climb up and down stairs. Ability to lift objects up to 30 lbs. Constant sitting, standing, and walking. Sufficient hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment. Occasional extending of arms to reach overhead, at shoulder level, and below shoulder level. Prolonged periods of repetitive movement are required. The essential functions of this position must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
