Organizational Development Specialist

About the Job Sistem Alüminyum, one of Türkiye’s leading industrial companies, is looking for an Organizational Development Specialist who will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for professional positions using a competency-based approach and contribute to the development of performance, rotation, career and talent management practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Labor Economics or a related field, At least 5 years of experience in human resources and organizational development, Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for professional positions, Strong knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques with hands-on interviewing experience, Experience in performance management, rotation, career and talent management processes, Experience in learning and development, competency assessment and employee experience practices, Good command of written and spoken English, Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, Experience with SAP and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred, Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills, Excellent planning, organization and follow-up capabilities, Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, Collaborative, solution-oriented and able to work effectively with different departments. Company shuttle service is available only from Çorlu, Çerkezköy, Ergene, Tekirdağ city center and Lüleburgaz . Candidates are therefore expected to reside in or be willing to relocate to one of these locations. Responsibilities Analyze recruitment needs in collaboration with hiring managers, Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for professional positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, competency-based interviews, assessments, reference checks and offer preparation, Track, analyze and regularly report recruitment data and key performance indicators, Coordinate pre-employment preparations, onboarding, probation period evaluations and adaptation processes, Conduct training needs analyses and manage annual training plans and budgets, Plan and implement learning and development programs, measure their effectiveness and report the results, Support goal setting, mid-year review and year-end evaluation stages of the performance management process, Contribute to the design, implementation and monitoring of rotation, career and talent management programs, Support competency assessment and employee development processes, Conduct employee satisfaction and engagement surveys and follow up on related action plans, Conduct exit interviews, analyze the findings and prepare reports, Maintain up-to-date organizational charts, job descriptions and related HR documentation, Contribute to employee experience, motivation, recognition and reward initiatives, Support the continuous improvement and digitalization of human resources processes.
