Safety is our number one priority within CAS. Our employees are provided with extensive safety training and given all necessary equipment to maintain safe working conditions at all times.  Key Responsibilities  Commissioning of CaptiveAire Equipment: Verifying CAS products operate as designed by testing airflows, reviewing installations, testing product functions by connecting laptops and running automated test, and physical testing of all equipment.  Service & Repair: Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC/R systems.  Maintenance: Develop, maintain, and perform routine preventive maintenance on various commercial mechanical systems to ensure optimal efficiency and operation.  Diagnostics: Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and technical manuals to diagnose complex system issues.  Customer Care: Communicate clearly and professionally with facility managers, property owners, and team members regarding system status, required repairs, and maintenance recommendations.  Compliance & Safety:  This is a safety sensitive position with strict adherence to EPA regulations and company safety standards at all times.  Qualifications & Requirements  Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience servicing commercial HVAC systems, or related experience.  Certifications  Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required)  OSHA 10 Certification (suggested)  EPA Universal Certification (suggested)  Technical Skills: Strong understanding of single/three-phase electrical systems, ability to read commercial wiring schematics, refrigeration cycles.  Physical Demands: Ability to lift independently, up to 50 lbs., work on ladders/roofs, tight spaces, and perform work in varied weather conditions.  Soft Skills: Excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and strong verbal/written communication skills, and must be a safety minded individual.  Clean and Professional appearance: Company uniforms are provided and required.  Training: New hire training will require a 1-week course at our R&D facility located in PA. Ability to travel with be required.  Benefits Package  Stable Schedule:  Full-Time, year-round schedule  Health & Wellness: Medical, Dental, Vision coverage; $100,000 Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability with medical election; Employee Assistance Program  Financial Benefits: 401k with employer match; Flexible Spending Account (FSA)  Time Off: Nine (9) paid holidays; Paid Time Off (PTO) for vacation, personal, bereavement, and sick days, based upon tenure  Recognition & Rewards: Tenure Award; Employee Referral Bonus  Company-Provided Equipment:  Uniform shirts; Safety footwear and prescription safety eyewear subsidy; Work vehicle with gas card, tools and technical equipment to include iPhone, iPad/laptop  What our employees have to say  “What I love about CaptiveAire is that we are constantly raising industry standards and at the forefront of innovation utilizing new technologies and implementing new procedures to provide the best product to our customers.” – Field Service Technician  “I love that CaptiveAire gives back as much as you put in.
