RN - Med Surg Day Shift

Job Summary Provides patient care by applying the nursing process, which involves assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to promote health and restore patient well-being. Combines caring, compassion, knowledge, and integrity to deliver safe, quality care that respects patient autonomy, dignity, and rights. Performs additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Assess patients and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans Administer prescribed medications Educate patients, families, and significant others about health-related topics Participate in initiatives aimed at improving healthcare delivery Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members Provide clinical leadership and support lifelong learning Achieve assigned goals Qualifications & Skills Minimum requirement of RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire Computer literacy is required; additional preferred skills are not specified
