Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly Qualifications Valid driver’s license required Candidate must be comfortable working in harsh weather conditions Must be able to lift heavy equipment and dexterity Candidate must have high school diploma or GED Responsibilities Skim debris from the water's surface, brush the sides and bottom of the pool, and vacuum dirt and debris from the pool floor Check and balance chemicals in the pool to maintain proper pH levels Inspect pool equipment, such as pumps and filters, and report any issues to the supervisor Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backwashing filters and cleaning skimmer baskets Test pH levels for water quality and add or maintain chemicals levels Educate customers with tips on how to maintain their pool Keep record of all paperwork and services performed Clean swimming pools and filtration using certified pool equipment
