As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will support the full associate journey-from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, employee relations, compliance, engagement, and everything in between. How You'll Shape The Experience & Future Own the Talent Journey Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, offer extensions, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding. Help us attract and welcome talented individuals who share our commitment to exceptional hospitality. Welcome & Set Associates Up for Success Coordinate and conduct New Hire Orientation while ensuring all required onboarding documentation is completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Create a warm, engaging first impression that sets the tone for an associate's journey with us. Make Every Paycheck Count Support the bi-weekly payroll process from start to finish. Review and audit timecards, identify and resolve timekeeping discrepancies, process personnel and status changes, and ensure payroll is submitted accurately and on time. Your attention to detail will make a meaningful difference to our associates. Be the Keeper of Important Details Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files and HRIS records. Ensure associate information is up to date and handled in accordance with company policies, record-retention requirements, and applicable employment laws. Support the Associate Lifecycle Coordinate HR transactions including new hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, leaves of absence, and separations. Ensure every transaction is handled accurately, efficiently, and with care. Be a Trusted Associate Resource Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for associates with questions regarding payroll, benefits, timekeeping, policies, procedures, and other employment-related matters. Provide responsive, solutions-oriented service while knowing when to escalate matters appropriately. Turn Data Into Insight Prepare and analyze HR reports and workforce data, including headcount, turnover, recruitment activity, time and attendance, payroll, and other HR metrics. Help leadership understand the story behind the numbers and identify opportunities for improvement. Champion Compliance & Best Practices Assist with HR audits, compliance initiatives, employment documentation, record retention, and other regulatory requirements. Help ensure our HR practices remain consistent, accurate, and compliant. Keep HR Running Smoothly Coordinate day-to-day HR office operations, including maintaining supplies, associate name tags, recognition materials, forms, and other resources that help our department and associates stay organized and supported. Bring Our Culture to Life Support associate engagement initiatives, recognition programs, events, communications, and other activities designed to celebrate our people and strengthen our culture. Professional Experience Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience required. Experience processing payroll and working with timekeeping systems strongly preferred. Experience With HRIS Systems And Microsoft Office Applications Required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
