Registered Nurse

Position: Registered Nurse in an inpatient rehabilitation facility. Responsibilities Include Providing patient-centered care through thorough assessments and administering medications and treatments. Collaborating with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to support patient recovery. Developing individualized care plans and monitoring patient progress. Educating patients and families about care and recovery processes. Documenting all care activities accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Qualifications & Skills Current licensure as a Registered Nurse. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Compassionate, patient-focused approach. Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary care and develop personalized treatment plans.
