Low Acuity Home Health Nurse (RN or LPN)

We are seeking a compassionate skilled Nurse (RN or LPN) in Espanola, NM to provide patient care in accordance with a physician-established care plan. This is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care provided at the patient’s residence. The patient requires 4 hours of Weekly care, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday Afternoons anytime.   Once patients are accepted into the program, there is no expiration for this benefit, allowing our caregivers to build lasting relationships with their patients for years to come. In this role, you will advocate for the patients and work one-on-one to deliver the care they need. You will collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, Case Managers, and the patient’s physicians. Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.
